RONEL LEHMANN

Ronel Lehmann is a respected commentator and employability expert, specialising in helping young people develop the skills, confidence and strategies to make the transition from education to employment.

In 2016 he founded Finito, a unique coaching and mentoring business dedicated to helping first-time job hunters find meaningful careers. In 2020 Ronel went on to launch Finito World magazine and The Employability News Channel.

Before establishing Finito, Ronel had a distinguished career in the City of London. His diverse roles spanned recruitment, stockbroking and public relations. He later founded his own marketing agency, which he successfully led for 26 years.  During this time, Ronel earned recognition as one of the UK’s foremost communications experts.

Ronel regularly appears in the media, providing commentary to newspapers, online publications and broadcast media. In 2014 he was invited to give evidence before the House of Commons’ Treasury Select Committee on SME bank lending, a cause he has long campaigned for.

He champions several institutions and charities including City of London School. Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, The Griffin Institute and the University of Buckingham.

Ronel is Freeman of the City of London, a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, a Founding Fellow of Conservative Friends of Education, and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
