The ORT JUMP Alternative Work Experience Week

The ORT JUMP Alternative Work Experience Week 2026 is now full.

The programme is for Year 12 students who would like to develop key employability skills to help empower them in their future career.

It will take place in London from Monday 20th – Friday 24th July 2026 in a professional office setting.

Students will begin the week by visiting an assigned workplace in small groups, where they will be set a team challenge to complete, guided by industry experts.

They will then reconvene with the whole cohort in one central location. Over the course of the week, further work-related challenges will be set, along with training sessions and guided discussions.

Vital employability skills covered include teamwork, researching, IT, networking, creative thinking, negotiating, presenting and many more!
