The ORT JUMP 3-Day Employability Skills Challenge

20.01.26

The ORT JUMP 3-Day Employability Skills Challenge was a valuable opportunity for Year 10 students to work in teams with an industry expert, to create a marketing campaign.

Adam Bass, founder of Providence-Deli, tasked the teens with devising an innovative digital campaign to promote his brand of hummus.

Students from Yavneh College and JCoSS demonstrated key workplace skills to complete the task, including creative thinking, researching and pitching.

The teams then presented their PowerPoints to a panel of judges who were incredibly impressed by all three teams.

Adam told us:

“As an entrepreneur of a certain age, it’s energising and exciting to understand how the next generation see marketing and branding in the digital world. Their creative energy, presentation and technical skills were definitely on display and it was a real challenge to pick the winners. I wish them all luck and success in their future careers.”
