Emma Spitz

Emma is an Executive coach with over 16 years’ experience coaching at a senior level. Her clients come from a range of industries from media to banking.
Over the last 16 years she has developed and coached thousands of mothers to assist them to return to work as smoothly as possible. Her interest in this area has now expanded into supporting both expectant and new fathers as well as individuals wishing to successfully combine career and family commitments. Coaching the managers of these individuals is also a vital component of what she offers. Emma’s passion for supporting individuals and particularly women returning to work has extended to working with individuals wishing to return to the workplace following a significant career break, thereby allowing organisations to tap into this fantastic talent pool and boost their female pipeline.

Paul Deacon

Paul was born and raised in Liverpool. He trained and qualified as a City lawyer before starting his own legal recruitment business over 20 years ago. After a recent merger it is a major international player and one of the best known privately owned legal recruitment businesses in the world. His hobbies are family (a wife and 4 demanding kids!), a passion for Judaism and a love of Liverpool FC.

Adam Kosky

Adam has worked for several leading companies in the Digital Media and Advertising industry. During his career at WPP (considered the world’s largest advertising company), he partnered with leading brands such as Coca-Cola, Red Bull, Universal Pictures, Disney, EA Sports and Sky. Adam was also an early joiner of Spotify’s UK team and saw rapid growth of the music streaming company. More recently, Adam has been working with several companies in the start-up ecosystem and using his knowledge of Business Development and Commercial Partnerships to drive the growth of companies within the Media, Advertising and Financial Technology industry.
