ORT'S ISRAEL EMERGENCY CAMPAIGN

As the devastating situation in Israel continues, there is an urgent need for psychological and educational support for students, teachers and their families across the country.

As the number of fatalities and critically injured grows, with hostages still missing, desperate and grieving families and their communities are deeply traumatised.

ORT’s priority is to protect our students and staff in Israel, many of whom are now displaced, from the unimaginable impact of this conflict, which will have significant immediate and lasting psychological effects.

We must help them process the trauma they are experiencing, whilst also ensuring our students can continue to access education and support wherever they are staying.

Your generosity will enable us to provide the following services to meet the immediate needs of students and their families, support our staff and strengthen security measures now and for the future:

• Psychological support, trauma management and grief counselling

• Emergency supplies, financial assistance and support for vulnerable students and staff

• Critical supplies for safe rooms and increased surveillance systems

• Online educational and emotional resources and activities for all students across Israel, regardless of whether they are ORT students or not
