Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) at KPMG UK
Ellie is a creative, ambitious, and solution-oriented individual with a strong interest in ESG. Her academic background in BSc Economics reflects her understanding of the macroeconomy, working collaboratively and closely with people to shape ideas, and applying ethical frameworks to how organisations at any scale should operate within their broader social and natural systems.
During her first year on KPMG’s Management Consulting graduate scheme, she had exposure to a wide range of clients and consulting engagement types within Finance Transformation. Within the last year working in the ESG Centre of Excellence, she has obtained a well-rounded foundation of the current challenges within the ESG space, gaining a set of highly transferrable core skills and a recognition of the importance of ESG for organisations to succeed.

CFO Create Fertility
David did a graduate scheme at M&S for finance management. After numerous jobs he qualified as an accountant (CIMA). After qualifying he moved to The White Company where he worked his way up to CFO and launched them into America. He remained there for 10 years, then went to Karen Millen as an interim CFO before leaving retail to become CFO of at Create Fertility where after five years he is still at today. During this time, he has seen the company grow to 20 UK clinics, launched an affordable IVF brand, acquired Danish clinics, and worked on a Management Buy Out and more recently a sale.

Daryl is a driven and versatile professional who has exceptional client relationship skills and experience, having worked closely with some of the world’s largest hedge funds and institutions. He has over a 15 years’ worth of experience across Relationship Management, Sales, Financing, Project Management, Analytics and Operations. He presently works at Coremont as a Relationship Manager.
