Annual Lunch 2017 with Philip Hook

On Wednesday 14 June, Philip Hook (author and senior international specialist in impressionist & modern art at Sotheby's) gave 120 guests a fascinating insight into the world of art dealing and the intrigue and stories connected to it.  As he said “the art world is a heady and complicated mixture of aesthetic and intellectual stimulus coupled with cultural and social status."

The event raised nearly £30,000 which will help ORT provide the knowledge, tools and resources to help support science and technology programmes for thousands of students at World ORT schools in Israel, the former Soviet Union and beyond.  These programmes are the building blocks that will enable young people to live as independent, contributing citizens of the future and help to Change Lives Through Education.
